Many potential donors and supporters of the Los Ojos de Dios foundation currently face obstacles when trying to contribute to the cause. Their existing donation process lacks simplicity and ease of use, deterring potential donors who may find it cumbersome.
Our Goal
To address these challenges, Los Ojos de Dios foundation has embarked on a project aimed at developing both a donation app and a website. Our main goal is to create an intuitive and user-friendly donation process through both the app and website, allowing users to contribute effortlessly, regardless of their level of tech-savviness.

For Los Ojos de Dios Foundation's donation app and website project, I conducted extensive user research to gain valuable insights into the needs and preferences of potential donors and website users. This research played a pivotal role in shaping our design decisions. I engaged in one-on-one interviews with a diverse group of individuals who showed an interest in charitable contributions and supporting causes related to children with neurological problems. Through these interviews, I probed their needs, desires, and wishes in the context of online donations.
